SARL Hamdi de Transport is a private Algerian company headquartered in Laghouat, in the Zone Industrielle Bouchakeur. Created on 23 October 1998, formerly under the name EURL Hamdi de Transport, the company has experienced strong growth through rational management, technical expertise and continuous diversification.
Today, the company operates across transport, pipelines, photovoltaic power plants, civil engineering, pumping and compression stations, fibre optics, OTN systems, cathodic protection, machinery rental, catering, accommodation and agricultural operations.
Located near Algeria's southern gas and energy regions, SARL Hamdi has developed a strong operational presence in Laghouat, Algiers, Hassi R'Mel and Hassi Messaoud.

Founder, Owner & President Director General
Mr. Hamdi Aissa is the founder and owner of SARL Hamdi de Transport. His professional background includes engineering, pipeline projects, major industrial works and international consulting — with experience at SNAREAH, Sonatrach TRC Hassi R'Mel, Bechtel Inc., SARL Haoura SPA and EURL Hamdi.
Mr. Hamdi Mohammed Houssine
General Manager & Manager
Mr. Hamdi Mohammed Houssine is the General Manager and Manager. He holds a degree in Sciences and Technologies, specializing in Civil Engineering, from Ammar Thelidji University of Laghouat. He was appointed Manager of EURL Hamdi de Transport in 2021 and became shareholder of SARL Hamdi de Transport in 2023.
