Mr. Hamdi Aissa is the Chairman, Founder and Owner of SARL Hamdi de Transport. An experienced Algerian entrepreneur, former member of the Algerian Parliament, and industrial leader with a strong background in engineering, pipeline construction, oil & gas infrastructure, transport and industrial services. He began his career as Head of the Engineering Department at SNAREAH in 1983, then worked on the Sonatrach TRC Hassi R'Mel project in 1986. He later became Project Coordinator at Bechtel Inc. in 1988 and Head of the Engineering Department at Bechtel Inc. in 1992 on the GNE project — a major 550 km, Ø48" pipeline. In 1995 he became General Manager of SARL Haoura SPA, before founding EURL Hamdi in 1998. He also served as an international pipeline consultant with Gary Herd Consulting in Houston in 2012. Through his experience in engineering, parliament, industrial management, entrepreneurship and international consulting, he established the technical and strategic foundation of SARL Hamdi de Transport.

Mr. Hamdi Mohammed Houssine is the General Manager of SARL Hamdi de Transport. He holds a degree in Sciences and Technologies, specializing in Civil Engineering, from Ammar Thelidji University of Laghouat. His civil engineering background supports the company's development in infrastructure, photovoltaic projects, pipeline works, civil engineering and project execution. He became manager of EURL Hamdi de Transport in 2021 and later became shareholder of SARL Hamdi de Transport after the statutory change in 2023.

Mr. Hamdi Ali Zinelabidine represents SARL Hamdi de Transport in international relations and business development. His role focuses on building connections with foreign partners, suppliers, investors and international companies interested in Algeria's energy, infrastructure, automotive, renewable energy, agriculture and industrial sectors. He supports the company's international visibility, partnership development and communication with global stakeholders.
